1. Acceptance of Terms

8e88d strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any point during your use of the platform. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full and the account will be permanently closed without exception.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 8e88d platform, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be verified via one-time password (OTP) during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on 8e88d at any given time.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify 8e88d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach by contacting [email protected].

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your registered account. 8e88d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any bet, deposit, or withdrawal instruction submitted through your account will be treated as having been submitted by you personally, regardless of whether it was actually submitted by a third party who gained access to your account.

8e88d reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances will be returned net of any applicable deductions.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

8e88d is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal request. This identity verification process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence — together with a selfie for liveness verification where requested. KYC is a one-time process per account and does not need to be repeated unless your personal details change or 8e88d has a compliance reason to request re-verification.

8e88d reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, 8e88d reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal, close the account, and return any real-money deposit balances net of any applicable deductions after a review period. Bonus balances held in an account that fails KYC will be forfeited. The KYC requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

8e88d accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 8e88d platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction, credited instantly to your 8e88d account.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank — processing time one to four hours depending on the originating bank.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• 8e88d does not charge deposit fees. Any transaction charges levied by your mobile wallet or bank are the responsibility of the depositing player and are not reimbursable by 8e88d.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. 8e88d does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the player's own verified name. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): one to four hours processing time. Bank transfers requested outside standard Bangladesh banking hours may be processed the next business day.

8e88d reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending additional verification checks, including but not limited to KYC review, responsible gaming assessments, or security investigations. Where a withdrawal is delayed for verification purposes, 8e88d will communicate the reason and estimated resolution timeline to the player via the registered contact details on the account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

8e88d may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer at the time of its launch. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 8e88d promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to the real-money wallet and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonuses not rolled over within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other promotions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly permit this.

• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms, constitutes a prohibited activity and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings and may result in account closure.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8e88d platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and where the prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited:

• Opening more than one account on the 8e88d platform, whether under your own name, a third party's name, or any fictitious identity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the house, or that performs actions on the platform without human input.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your country of access.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 8e88d platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring their origin.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without prior authorisation from 8e88d. Unauthorised chargebacks constitute a breach of these Terms and any outstanding account balance will be offset against the chargeback amount.

8e88d employs fraud detection technology and reviews all accounts for suspicious activity on an ongoing basis. Where fraudulent or prohibited activity is detected, 8e88d reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and to share relevant information with payment providers, law enforcement agencies, or other operators as required by applicable law or platform security obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming

8e88d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be activated for a minimum period of 30 days and up to a permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8e88d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other loss or damage not directly and proximately caused by 8e88d's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 8e88d's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8e88d makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, and other factors outside 8e88d's direct control may affect platform availability. 8e88d will not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability where the unavailability is due to factors outside its reasonable control.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8e88d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
